How To Be A Nemesis: Acting Fundamentals
Join Christine Hellman and Melon Wedick for a series of classes covering everything you need to know about acting that no one ever taught you! These classes are suitable for actors of all levels. Beginners are welcome! Ages 16+ This four-class series runs Saturdays March 4–25, 11am–1:30pm at Attic Salt Studio. Class Schedule:

March 4: Actor's Toolbox - A successful actor shows up every day ready to work. Fill your toolbox with skills that will help you make bold choices, work with partners, analyze scripts, articulate boundaries, and practice consent. Be the actor everyone wants to work with!

March 11: Listen and Respond - How can you hear your partner’s line for the first time every time? Preparation, focus, and lots of curiosity about your scene partner are key. Learn to open your ears in this workshop with Melon and Christine.

March 18: Embrace Mistakes! - People are weird! How do you find the essential weirdness in your character? By doing things wrong! Join  Christine to play around with messing things up and finding gold.

March 25: Commit to Action - Action is essential to dynamic performance. What is your character trying to change? Sharpen your choices in this intensive session with Melon.
